Available to those in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. One-on-one training sessions can be done at an available facility in Vaughan or we can bring a JTF trainer to you. This is a great option for those who are new to training and do not have much experience with resistance training or cardio equipment. It is also an effective means in having that extra support and motivation. Sessions are 50 minutes and are focused on proper form and diversified exercises that work for you. One-on-ones can be set up as one-time interaction or as part of complete training plans. If interested in adding one-on-one sessions to an online training plan, contact me for special rates.

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. If you have a preferred gym, or want to train from your home, our trainers will come to you. Please be sure that your gym allows outside trainers and inquire about associated costs. Any additional gym costs would be added to the session rate above.
