Complete a 5 minute questionnaire, coupled with 2-3 photos to help us understand your current fitness and wellness level, needs and objectives. Once all info and payment are received, you will have your first week of your custom plan within less than 48 hours.
Your training and work doesn’t end there. On a weekly basis, we will track your progression based on check-ins and pictures from you, then customize your plan as need-be. Your workouts and practices will be structured and easy to follow for each day of the week. This will ensure your continued progress with a plan that works for you. You will also get access to online video chat, email and messaging with your trainer.

Available to those in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. One-on-one training sessions can be done at an available facility in Vaughan or we can bring a JTF trainer to you. This is a great option for those who are new to training and do not have much experience with resistance training or cardio equipment. It is also an effective means in having that extra support and motivation. Sessions are 50 minutes and are focused on proper form and diversified exercises that work for you. One-on-ones can be set up as one-time interaction or as part of complete training plans. If interested in adding one-on-one sessions to an online training plan, contact me for special rates.

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. If you have a preferred gym, or want to train from your home, our trainers will come to you. Please be sure that your gym allows outside trainers and inquire about associated costs. Any additional gym costs would be added to the session rate above.

This new option is in response to covid-19 and the need for social distancing. This shouldn’t prevent you from reaching your goals. This way you can workout out of the comfort of your home. No dumbbells or squat rack? No problem. Resistance bands are a great alternative. No bands? No problem. Body weight workouts and plyometrics can be done without anything at all!
