Twenty-four weeks of full mind, body and spirit work. Coming to terms with your current state and setting a goal for the future, working together for health and happiness. This program encompasses 6 months of customized training exercises, nutritional guidance, mindful approaches to a healthier life. Weekly updates and continuous support is provided for training. Workouts are developed around available equipment. Effective yoga and stretching techniques for a stronger posture and core. Nutrition advice and guidance provided with the training plan to optimize and produce greater results, including a look at the energy of certain foods. Meditation exercises provided through a complimentary 6-month subscription to Headspace. We focus on areas of your life that you wish to get grounded with and plan out weekly challenges ranging from daily 2 minute to 20 minute work and even sound healing techniques. Included are monthly video calls scheduled at your convenience for a more personal and intimate discussion. Provides a safe space to discuss challenges you are facing, accomplishments you want to share and an open forum for any health and wellness discussion you feel like having.
